Does Arise pay for training ?
Arise does not compensate its customer service reps for training. The time you spend in client certification courses as it considers this to be an investment .
In order for you to get a head in anything that you do you have to invest in yourself.
Why am I paying to work ?
We hear ths question all the time. We understands your initial hesitation in paying money up front to work from home.
However, you are not paying to work. That's the wrong way to think about it.What you are doing is investing in yourself. Due to the information that you will be handling for Arise clients you have to have a background check. As an independent agent who subcontracts with Brenda Neuman Associates Inc., applicants are responsible for their own training investments and background check fee. None of these fees come to us. These fees are for your certifications to be able to work for yourself under Brenda Neuman Associates.
I have another job
SUPER!!! You have another job. Well guess what ?You coud still work for any project you want to and keep your other job.
But we do expect everyone on our team to honor their scheduled commitments to our clients and meet all performance standards.
Are there any monthly fee ?
Arise will deduct twice a month $19.75. This if for adminstartion fees and for the sevices that they provide.
Brenda Neuman Associates will deduct twice a month 10% of your bi weekly check. We do this so that you could work under our company and for liability purposes.
